• 1. Login with your email and password that was sent to you. If you did not receive an email with a password you must setup your account
• 2. Register each of your children for the new season.
• 3. Checkout to complete payment.
• 4. Download Liability Forms to print and sign:

  • US Rugby Waiver Form Youth
  • US Rugby Waiver Form Adult
  • Code of Conduct

Login and update your children's grade level, school and content information. Confirm that your health insurance is accurate.

Make sure that your e-mail and phone numbers are correct.

For each of your children that is playing rugby you need to register them for the correct team and complete payment.

Download and sign all waivers.

We would like to clarify some confusion about required documents:

ALL PLAYERS, EVERY YEAR NEED:
1.USA Rugby waiver
2.Marin Highlanders waiver
3.Code of Conduct

U10 and U12- proof of age-
birth certificate or passport
Once only but the copy must be legible.

Middle School Players
A copy of your current school year ID card.

High School Players
A copy of your current school year ID card.
(A drivers license is not acceptable as you need proof that you are a HS student)

The age / ID documents are required by the NCYRA, which is our governing body. These are used for the rosters that are printed out for games and are mandatory documents. If your documents are not in good standing you may be prevented from playing in that game.
